How do I book an appointment at Medicare Hospital?

You can book an appointment by calling our 24/7 helpline +91 913760 0643 or by visiting our hospital in person. Online appointment booking is also available through our website's "Appointment" button. Walk-ins are welcome during OPD hours (9 AM to 8 PM).

What are the OPD timings and emergency services?

Our Outpatient Department (OPD) operates Monday to Saturday from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM. Emergency services are available 24/7, including Sundays and public holidays. For emergencies, please call our emergency helpline directly.

Which insurance plans do you accept?

We accept all major health insurance plans including CGHS, Pradhan Mantri Jan Arogya Yojana (PMJAY), and leading private insurers like Star Health, ICICI Lombard, HDFC Ergo, and New India Assurance. Please contact our insurance desk for pre-authorization and cashless treatment assistance.

Do you offer home collection for lab tests?

Yes, we provide home collection services for blood tests, urine analysis, and other diagnostic samples. You can schedule a home visit by calling our laboratory department at +91 913760 0643. Reports are delivered via WhatsApp/email within 24 hours.

Is there parking available at the hospital?

Yes, we have ample parking space for patients and visitors, including dedicated spots for emergency vehicles. Parking is free of charge.

What is the cost of a consultation?

Consultation fees range from ₹500 to ₹1000 depending on the specialist. Senior surgeons and super-specialists may have higher fees. We offer affordable packages for surgeries and procedures. Please check with our billing counter for exact estimates.

Can I get a second opinion from your doctors?

Absolutely. We encourage second opinions for complex cases. You can book a second opinion consultation with any of our senior consultants. Please bring all prior medical records and reports for a comprehensive review.
